This includes delivery and erection on the client’s prepared foundations with utilities.
All buildings are built to meet all current regulations, as required.

Chalets

We offer a standard 57 sq. m. chalet in 92mm laminated log, 3 bedrooms, open plan living/kitchen area and bathroom - all fully floored and insulated.

Delivered and erected: £25,000.
Foundations and utility services are not included.

Doors and Windows

Our doors and windows are handmade at our factory and are fully double-glazed.

Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT is not chargeable on Mobile homes or on Dwellings that have full planning permission. VAT is chargeable in all other cases in this section.
